In addition to the digitization process with the purpose to increase the services to the online public and stakeholders in the field of historical studies the  Archive of Historical Museum of Shkodra, it begins the presentation of some materials in digital format with photographs and descriptive quotes as documents, historical artifacts and artwork. This way of working will be continuesly in view of waiting even possible suggestions.

This time, to increase knowledge about the history of the city of Shkodra and functioning of municipal institutions before, you can find some documents of 1913 years, from 1916 to 1918 that talk about the organization and management of the cultural and civic life services wich performed in these purposes; improving people’s quality life  and functioning administration, especially after the Declaration of Independence and the first years of statehood.
